The Tropilaelaps Mite is not believed to be in the United States, as of December 2024, but it is a REPORTABLE PEST in the state of Texas. If you believe you may have Tropilaelaps Mites in your colonies, PLEASE report that to our office as soon as possible. You can call our office at (979) 321-5827 OR email us with pictures or videos at tais@ag.tamu.edu. We will happily look at the images you send and use those to determine if an inspection is necessary.
